Thanks for the weather update.  You and Amber are indeed the ideal tenants in trying to conserve on oil usage even when it's included in the rent.  All I can say is thank God that oil prices have dropped - just in time for the winter.  

We are coming up later this month and hope to spend Thanksgiving in Portland too.  Hope to see you both soon.  Steve</description>
